Our Leadership Committee

Elder:  Sheridan Underwood

A fixture in the Mannsville Christian Church and a dedicated servant of the Lord, Sheridan works long hours tending the land farming, and also works for a company in Danville.  He is the official go-to guy of the congregation, helping in many visitation calls, repair work, and Sunday Morning/Evening worship activities, such as mediations around the Lord's Supper.  Sheridan and his wife Nina are true blue UK fans.

Elder: Wayne Pruyear

On top of being the Adult Sunday School Teacher, Wayne is an active participant during Sunday Morning worship, through prayer and meditations.  A dedicated servant, Wayne and his wife, Rose, aid in planning activities for all ages.  He enjoys spending time with his granddaughter, Brylee, and getting out and about with his family and friends.

Deacon:  Roger Bright

Roger and the Bright family have always lent a helping hand to Mannsville Christian.  An active sharpshooter, Roger owns a trap shooting range on the outskirts of Mannsville.  On top of serving as a deacon, Roger also doubles as a grandfather and great-grandfather.  He and his wife, Pauline, also enjoy gardening and boating.

Deacon:  Roy Bramel

A retired photographer, Roy is also an experienced outdoorsman.  He enjoys adventures that date back circa 1800's, such as teepee building, rifle construction, and metal and wood working.  He enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his grandkids.  He and his wife, Wanda, have been happily married for 38 years.

Deacon:  Larry Grooms

Larry is quite the card, and a good friend to all who come in contact with him.  He has been active at Mannsville in the past as a board member of the Green River Men for Christ.  He and his wife, Judy, also enjoy the local basketball scene, and frequent games at home and abroad.

Our Worship Team

Worship Leader: Terry Pennington

A Mannsville native with family ties to the congregation, Terry has been involved in taking Mannsville's worship service to a new level.  He was instrumental in developing a blended worship style for everyone involved at every age level.  A business man, as well as a worship leader, Terry is the owner and operator of Creekside Restaurant in Campbellsville.

Associate Worship Leader: Jon Underwood

The son of Sheridan Underwood, Jon has been practically involved in Mannsville's worship since he was born.  In college, he studied music and worked as the worship leader at Mannsville.  After moving to Bowling Green, Jon stepped down as leader, but still attends regularly at Mannsville, and has assisted in the development team for worship.

Minister: Robbie Harmon

Robbie, born in the town of Lawrenceburg, KY, has been involved in the preaching ministry for almost 5 years. He started as an active worker at Southside Christian Church in Campbellsville before moving to his first ministry position at Shiloh Christian Church in Lawrenceburg.  He shares in his service to God with his family Andrea, a Campbellsville native, their son Levi, and daughter, Katherine Rose.  He is presently working on his Bachelor's Degree in Sacred Literature at Louisville Bible College.  He is bi-vocational, and works at Speedway in Lebanon, KY.
